A blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, curacao, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes and some nice hoppy floral undertones notes. Taste is a nice mix of rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes with a nice hoppy floral finish with a dry ending. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very well brewed with nice combination of drinkability and complexities.

Draft - Light fruity yeast notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light yeasty fruit notes, pale malts and a simple finish. Nice nose, but flavours are a bit boring.
