12 oz. can in a trade with Heather_B for the 31 May, COVID-19 virtual tasting. It is a nice single hop Simcoe IPA. Fruit has been pulled from this hop and it shows a mild malt backbone. Pine is here but NOT resin. The texture is juicy to a point. Top tier for a single hop IPA.

A hazed milky orange ipa with floaties and a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with smooth resinous citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a big explosion of citrus, tangerine, resinous and piney hops, very nice. Can from À friend. About one year old.

Small can at Erik's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: tropical fruits. Taste: similar with some strange veggie/fishy notes. Overall: ok.

On tap at the brewery, pours a translucent yellow with some sudsy white head. Lovely nose, lime and grass, lemongrass, earthy, lemony, perfume. Flavor is simple on the grain and malt, lemon and lime, floral, grassy, sweet herbs. Finishes creamy, lightly bitter. 8 4 8 5 15
