Hazy tan. Tart, almost milky aroma, which is probably not good. Tart palate, like a sour apple sort of thing. Ok body. This really comes across as simple, with some odd off notes kicking around in the background. All told, not so enlightening.

Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy blond color. Funky and woody aroma, touch of oranges, aggressive. Lean body, nice sour flavor, lemony, with orange peel and some final astringency.
Very good Sour.

Bottle - Funky lemon and citrus cheesy notes. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Soured citrus and nice sour light cheesy lacto notes. Funky and balanced acidity.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, light tartness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart citrus, rustic saison yeast, and dry cereal malt. Grainy, tart and yeasty. It's alright.

Clear coppernorange with minimal fizzy head. Tart sweet fruits, bright citrus, yeast, light must. Sharp tartness in the beginning and it kid of evens out as it goes. A very nice sour saison.
