On tap at 2015, pours a hazy copper with a medium beige head. Nose is full of butter — argh, that is not pleasant. Flavour is even more offensive, with all sorts of diacetyl that totally destroys this. There's a caramel malt character on the other side but it's a moot point. The diacetyl has destroyed this.

A milky yellow ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light juniper and herbs, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, juniper, fruity esters, light cloves, very nice. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Draft @ the brew pub. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity grassy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy bitter finish.

Canette 473ml. Couleur orange brûlé trouble, mousse beige crémeuse laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon résineux, malt, parfum. Goût de malt légèrement grillé, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne-élevée. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver, can
Cloudy dirty orange color. Strong aroma of orange juice and grapefruit. Astringent, soapy, some caramel and grains in the malt base, finishing with some vegetable bitterness and rough hop resins.
Clumsy.

Tall can (thx, Alex Led.!) at Brian's office. Pours a deep murky golden with a white head. First nose is slightly sweet with tropical fruits and some citruses, later it is becoming slightly dirty. Taste is similar with quite high piney hoppy bitterness. Harsh. Meh.

Light amber, slight haze. Thin head. There's a woody, slightly herbal hop nose with a mellow caramelly malt accent. Fairly bitter. The hops are woody, bright for that type of hop, but of course not bright compared with most IPAs these days. Malts are crackery, a bit toasty. Good example of a 90s IPA. I can enjoy this.
