On tap at brewery. Pours opaque yellow with white head. Aroma has pine and citrus tropical fruit. Flavour has tons of bitter citrus pith, some sticky sweet malts. Chalky and bitter. Unbalanced, not great hop expression.

Gold body with modest foam, smells of slightly vegetal sweet hops, simplistic. Flavour is bitter hops with smooth vegetal notes again, full enough mouthfeel and average oiliness. A nice weedy IPA with well hidden alcohol.

A hazed orange juice like DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, citrus pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Can: Poured a somewhat hazy blonde color ale with a medium size foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits notes with light residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of tropical fruits notes with residual sugar notes and pineapple notes can also be detected. Body is about average with medium carbonation. Enjoyable IPA even though hops could shined even more.

16 oz can poured, courtesy of mcberko. Thanks for picking this up for Me! Hazy side, golden yellow pour. Huge, aromatic, dank hop nose. Flavor is a ton of resinous tropical fruit hops, with an obvious sweet side to it, though it's not really in a bad way. A double IPA with a triple IPA feel to it, in my opinion. Very strong flavor impressions. Very tropical fruit heavy from start to finish. Never experienced Galaxy at this high of a level. Good showcase. Good imperial overall.

2018-01-11, can, 2.5 months old, parallel with fresh Double Infinity Mosaic, 8-4-8-4-17=41
More hazy. The aroma is more mellow that it used to be, more candy and ripe banana, less tropical and zest. It still has a good hop punch, very fruity, but the malt seems to become more prominent, sweeter, mellower, hence overall not as elegant and classy as it was when fresh.

2017-10-23, draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver, 16oz, 9-4-8-5-17=43
Cloudy blond color with small creamy head. Wonderful aroma, it's tropical, mellow, passion fruit. The body is soft, a bit more carbonation and colder temperature may help; delicate malt base followed by piney, then citrusy, then maybe tropical hops.
Wonderful.

2017-10-22, can from The Gull, North Vancouver; packaged 6 Oct 2017, 9-4-9-4-18=44
Cloudy blond color, sparse head. The aroma is fantastic, fresh, fruity and piney; passion fruit and pineapple. The mouthfeel is off-dry, the malt base is light, delicate and crips, the hopping is zesty in the front, tropical in the mid, and piney in the final; the final is also a bit astringent.
Wonderful.

Can, Legacy. Hazy and pale, with a thin head. Dank resinous galaxy nose. A bit of malt, too. Touch boozy, bit of pale malt, moderate bitterness and the weediness is a bit more restrained.

Can - Super citrus notes that will permeate to fill a significant area. Touch dank, little medicinal and lots of citrus and tropical peel. Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Those dank and fruit notes persist, with a deceptive lightness considering the ABV and nose. Scarilly easy to drink, and pretty nice.
