He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.

Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.

This limited edition Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads of pink guava.

On Tap at the source. Pours a murky light pink, with a big off white head. Aroma is sweet, very fruity, notea of guava, and some grapefruit. Some tropical notes and melon also make and appearance. Silky, almost milkshark mouth feel with a light, soft carb. The finish is quite fruity, soft tartness, melon and guava are up front with soft citrus rounding it out.

Hazy, cloudy pink-orange colour with a nice white head that is creamy, longer lasting than the Tangerine version I just rated. Decent spots of lacing. Pink Guava tropical fruit aromas with the wild ale sour nose. The taste shows that fruitiness lingering between the sourness that stays a bit in waves. Another good Jelly King that stands out better with its look.
