Dark in colour but not in flavour, bright hop character with plenty of citrus and lightly tropical pallet combined with delicious bitterness backed with hints of coffee and chocolate.

Keg, one-third pint at Moor Brewery Tap. Fawn-coloured head resting over a near-black body. Fair lacing. Roasted malt-fruity nose. The taste profile brings moments of toffee, liquorice and coffee. Malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Good drinking. (Attending East Bristol Brewery Trail 29.04.2017).

330ml can. Pours black with some white head. Nose is blue cheese to me, just bitter umami creamy oddness. Pine, orange, grapefruit, lots of roast, something quite metallic. Not my cup of tea.

Shared can at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Moor Night presentation. ABV is 4.5%. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Pleasant fruity aroma, some pine and lightly roasted malts in the background. Discrete roast malts and piney hops in the dry flavour.

Can at home, 10th September 16. Pours black with a nice white head. Aroma is bitter hop, citrus, grapefruit, cocoa, burnt malts. Taste is full, bitter grapefruit, citrus, chocolate, malts, slight cararmel. This is great, especially considering the very low ABV. Great BIPA

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Dark brown. Aroma of "green" and piney hops, and some roast. Flavor has faint sweetish note, roast, and bitter piney and "green" hops. Medium-bodied. Nice.
