Dull tan, with a thin head. Aroma is quite fruity, apples and pears. Fairly sweet, though the malt character isn't all that compelling. Neither are the esters, which are the same orchard fruit notes. It's ok, but I'm not sure what the value prop is on a slightly sticky ale with moderate complexity.

On tap. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Aromas of earthy banana and doughy malts. Flavors follow same -sweet banana bread toast. Belgian yeast. Cannot really get the hops. Yeast wins.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Mild aroma of Belgian yeast. Dry mouthfeel, the body is rather weak, gentle malt base, quite strong yeast character, spicy, but also minty, herbaceous, with a peculiar honey note and some pithy bitterness and vegetables in the final.
I can't recall any Belgian beer tasting like this.
It's ok but not interesting.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light Belgian yeast, cereal malts, and straw. Flavour is very much the same, perhaps a touch sweeter, with Belgian yeast, cereal malt, straw and some light esters. Very restrained, but nice and delicate. Well-done.

Draft - Papery and woody. Cloudy copper gold with a decent white head. Sweet and tea leaf notes with an almost astringent bitterness.
