Trüb wie ein Weizen, feiner Schaumfilm. In der Nase seeehr tartig, Trauben, Aprikose. Im Trunk tartig, bitter, Champagner, sehr brettig, trocken, hohe Carbo. Nicht ganz einfach zu trinken. Schmeckt alkoholischer, als es ist.

Taster at the Dageraad brewery. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is funky with bretts and some flowery notes. Taste is similar with some Mosaic hops on the back. Despite I am not a big fan of Mosaic, this one is good.

Wow, super good hoppy Brett blonde ale. Aroma is a wonderful blend of Juicy dank mosaic hops and some brett. Appearance has a fairly long lasting off-white thick head that slowly subsides to a light cover. Flavor is a lot like nose tart upfront with plenty of hops and some brett with a little Sweetness in back. It's slightly soft in texture and I think a little more carbonation would have helped. Great beer.
