Een traditioneel gebrouwen tripel met een goudgele kleur en een fris kruidige afdronk. Door gebruik te maken van hopbloemen met uitgesproken citrustonen krijgt deze tripel een eigentijds karakter. Dit bier wordt puur natuur gebrouwen met water, gerstemout, hopbloemen, suiker en gist.
NIMF is als een tedere, liefelijke jonkvrouw. Ze lokt stil gepeins en zoete dromerij uit, maar zet ook aan tot het uitvoeren van bevallige rijdansen en zingen van vrolijke lustige liederen. Duik onder in haar parelende schuim en laat je meevoeren in haar rusteloze roes langs ruisende bronnen en beken, door gitzwarte bossen, geurige bloemenvelden en massieve gebergten; ver weg van je gedruis makende dagelijkse bezigheden.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 26 Feb 2014) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, bread, toast and ripe pears. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, pears, peaches, toast, a rounded malt character and a gentle bitterness. Almost full body, with certain sweetness. Quite nice.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig süß, fruchtig, blumig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack hefig, malzig süß, fruchtig, Gewürze.

33cl Bottle from Drankenservice Francoise. Hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of candy, white fruits, sweet malts, alcohol, syrup. Flavour is quite sweet, syrupy, candy, malty, fruity, decent alcohol bitterness. Sticky, full-bodied. I quite liked this.

Hazy to cloudy orange amber colour, minimal white head, dissipates quickly, no lacing. Slightly sour nose, grainy, floral, citrus, dough, bit pear, cooked vegetables. Mild/soft sweetbitter taste, hint of sourness, medium body, oily texture, mild bitter finish, bit sour, bit spicy.

Bottle shared by Joes @ weekly tasting. Hazy a bit murky yellowish color, small white head. Smell and taste sweetness, lightly malts, maybe a touch of herbs or spices. Meh, don’t really like it, not as a tripel nor as a beer.

Road soda courtesy of Kermis. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast malt and citrus fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a zesty sweet, yeast, slightly alcoholic palate. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Nice to tick but I’d never order another. I think this beer would make me ill in quantity.

Bottle shared on a post De Molen NS tasting. Pours hazy dark golden orange with a moderate tan head. Aroma of malt, yeast, citrus and caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
