Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color with generous compact head. Aggressive Brett aroma, earthy, but also citrus fruits. The Brett character is very strong, it's funky and it also contributes to the citrusy character of the hop, followed by some hop resin, and finally some astringency.
Bold beer. Excellent.

Cloudy yellow, vibrant colour, with a medium head. Nose has a nice brett, with peachy, floral hops and honeyish malts. On the palate, nice citrusy hop bitterness, clean sweet pale malts, a subtle hint of brett. Dry, herbal and citrusy hop finish. They released this at the right time - balance is spot on. Excellent.

On tap at Luppolo, pours an opaque bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of fragrant brett, piney hops, and bready malt. Flavour is wonderfully balanced, with loads of bright brett funk, a lovely pungent floral hoppiness that complements very well and an underlying dry bready malt character. Great brett character and well-hopped. Excellent.
