A reddish-brown top-fermented bock beer with a rich, caramel-malty flavour and full of tones of toffee, prunes and dried fruits. The roasted malt not only provides a rich fragrance but also a wonderful aftertaste and a subtle bitterness.

Bottle @ home. Dark brown colour, beige foam. Rather roasty bock with nice caramel and bready notes.

Bottle at home. A brown, red coloer, good aroma. Sweet, like a bok should be, but also a nice bitterness in the finish.

Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk at home. Dark brown beer lasting tan head. Lacks a little carbonation. Some light milk chocolate. It’s actually quite light overall. Not much hop. Ok if a luttle light.

Bottle at home. Dark mahogany with big fluffy beige head. Lots of figs and brown sugar, dry dusty cocoa, raisins, cardboard, light ashy and burnt toast, some plums, light alcohol, old dusty chocolate cakes. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry dusty feel.

F: big, brownish, not very good retention. C: dark brown, opaque. A: malt, raisins, dark fruits, brown sugar, caramel. T: malt, prunes, candy, molasses, raisins, gin alcohol, medium full body, good carbonation, tasty and good balanced, 330ml bottle from Spar in Westkapelle in Netherland.
