Hazy, tan. The aroma is quite vinous, touch of barrel, and a hint of lacto maybe. The flavour is woody, vinous - that cab shows big here - and this gives it a bit of woodiness. You can tell there’s some bugs, but it’s hard to distinguish between them. Individually I like each of these elements, but put together I’m less sure.

750ml bottle (thx, Alex G.!) shared at Brian’s office. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is very winey, red apples, woody, quite sweet. Taste is similar, a little bit too woody. Quite good.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de miel, tonne de bois, céréales, alcool, vin rouge, un peu poivré, Brett. Goût boisé, vineux, malt, alcool, légère acidité, Brett.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, light sweet fruity malt with light Brett notes, light chalky notes, light cherry notes, sweet banana, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cherry and banana esters, cloves, light Brett, light lactic notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. On tap at Brouhaha Ahuntsic.
