On raconte qu’apprivoiser

Med brown, thin head, with a rich brown sugar and tart oaky nose. Tart on the palate, touch of sweet brown sugars, but ends up a bit thin.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of earth, farmhouse yeast, and light toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of earth, pleasant farmhouse character, a touch of funk and bready malt. Dry, earthy and well-balanced. Unusual but well-done.
