Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Smooth malt base, whisper of cream but it’s not too sweet. Citric peel hops, notbtoo aggrrssive. Finishes smooth. Quite a tasty and drinkable IPA.

In the crowded world of IPA’s these days, its tough to come out in the middle ground because most people have tasted an IPA that they love, either traditional English variety, or an American hop bomb, this was neither and really didn’t come out well. Bready malt character like an English IPA mixed with apple juice which is way too sweet and annoying. The hops bring a distinctive citrus note to the flavor, but again, combined with this weird apple taste becomes very unappetizing.

Bottle. Hazed amber in colour with a thick bubbly head. It does have a minty floral aroma and a heaviness within its hoppy character. Has a very small graininess in its taste with some sweetness.

Big offwhite head. Clear amber body. Resiny fruity aroma with strange herbal notes. Dry-sweet resiny grape and straw taste with funky citric notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, faintly mealy mouthfeel, with some fizz. Dryish grape and gooseberry aftertaste with mealy wooden notes. Nice, drinkable, slightly odd. (0.5l bottle, from Toft Vin, Copenhagen.)

Bottle from Salling, Aarhus - Fuzzy gold/amber pour with a frothy white head. Light hoppy aroma and taste, lots of floral notes, grass, pine with some doughy/bready flavour and sweet malt and yeast through to a solid bitter finish.

Bottle at JF’s, thanks to my wingman DW for gifting this one, 09/06/13. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white head. Nose is summer fruits, bitter orange, caramel, sugars, malt, light piss. Taste comprises earthy hops, grass, orange pith, malts, light tropical notes. Medium bodied with a little oomph, fine carbonation, bitterness in the finish. Ok stuff - not an IPA in the US sense that RB would expect, more a strong golden blonde if such a style existed.
