Draft - Soft stone fruit and some funky sweaty notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Funky fruity notes. Plum, stone fruit and some soured grains. Decent.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear amber with moderate head. Aromas of woolly Brett and fuzzy stoned fruit with soft toasted malts. Flavors of same, with a subtle and soft funkiness and a bit of old apples. Superb. Nice carbonation. A cotton candy of Farmhouse ales.

Tasting with Alex, Brian and George. 750ml bottle from the High Point. Bottled on 2017-01-31. Taste and aroma earthy and funky, similar to gueuzes, but much more fruity. Really nice stuff.

Corked bottle; tagged Jan 31
Hazy to cloudy orange color. Nice funky aroma with an earthy component, manure. The mouthfeel is muddy; there is some spicy yeasst and sweet Seville orange marmalade, light bubblegum; the alcohol content is pleasant, warming.
Decent beer, not much soul, very North American.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange a medium white head. Aroma brings out a lovely wild yeast character upfront, followed by some earthy notes. Flavour is wonderfully funky and wild, with a lovely wild yeast character. Robust but unobtrusive. One of Four Wind's best as of late.

Bottle, Legacy. Cloudy, light amber, thin head. Has a nice woody depth to it, brett, berryish fruity notes...complex and inviting. Has a bretty taste, sweetness, wood...though if the brett had a few more months this would really dry out beautifully. There’s some nice berryish esters and doughy pale malt, and while a quality brew I’m definitely feeling a touch of extra time would be ideal.
