500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out red wine barrels, with oak and a little funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, red wine barrels, and a touch of funk. Oaky, vinous and well-balanced. Complex and very drinkable for the ABV. Very good.

Cloudy and amber. Not much head. The fruit shows through a bit in the nose. A bit of yeastiness. Light, with a touch of vanilla, a hint of fruit, but a bit yeasty in the finish. The fruit is the last impression. Not bad, though it’s a touch fizzy and a bit yeasty.

Cette bière est assez tannique et boisée. Le Pinot est clairement là, sans vraiment bien s’agencer avec le reste. L’alcool est peu discret. La mousse est belle, ça sent les bons bleuets et j’adore ce petit côté vineux. Bière ok...

Bottle: Poured a murky brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light oak notes with some sweet malt notes and hints of grapes. Taste is a unique mix of light oak, some cereal notes with light caramel and light residual sugar notes with some grapes notes also noticeable. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Interesting but the flavours are not all that well-balanced.
