Bottle - Herbal gin notes with some barrel. Toes. Clear copper gold with a small white head. Sweet sticky nectarine and herbal gin notes. Stick, rich and sweet, but quite nice.

Cloudy, light tan. Not much head. This is fairly boozy, lots of juniper/gin notes, and some muddled yeast. On the palate, it’s quite sweet, date-like notes, which are quite nice. The yeast remains muddled. The alcohol is a little bit less than on the nose, and so is the gin character in general. It’s an odd beer, in that it tastes neither of gin nor triple, but it’s not bad.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orangey brown with a small white head. Aroma is very boozy and barrel-heavy, with shitloads of gin and celery. Flavour is quite a bit different, with notes of wood, vanilla, light gin and herbal / vegetal notes. Very unusual and certainly unique. Boozy, vanilla and vegetal finish. Certainly complex, but not especially pleasing. Good experiment.
