Small beige head over hazy foxy-orange beer. Dry, leafy nose; lightly coloured and toasted malts, sweetish. Bitterish-leafy flavour, autumnleaves; mineral water quality, spritzy. Light, but not really watery body. Faint fruity flavour, maybe oranges. Likeable, light beer.

33cl bottle @ cafe Buitenlust. Clear orange color, small white head. Smell malts, a bit dull and hayish. Taste malts, slightly bitter, hay and a bit dry. Low to medium body and carbonation.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Slightly hazy orange/amber colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, hay, bread, paint thinner, grassy hops. Flavour is medium sweet, light grainy, touch of sugar, malty, light citrus, bitter finish with solvent/alcohol. Light-bodied. Too many pale lager-like notes imo to be really good. Didn’t really enjoy this.

3/XI/12 - 33cl bottle from Biernavigatie (webshop, NL) @ home - BB: n/a (2012-1239)

Bit cloudy dark amber beer, big aery off-white to yellow head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass with each sip. Aroma: sweet grains, some caramel, hay, cow fodder, bit nutty, toast. MF: ok carbon, medium body, soft texture. Taste: sweet malts, some caramel, pretty bitter hops, little sour, nutty. Aftertaste: apple skin, bitter hops, bit grassy, sweet grains, caramel. Kudos for perfect style imitation!

Bottle shared thanks to to Deanso. Aroma of bread, yeast, light fruits and a little toffee. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
