Poured from the tap. Cloudy orangey gold with white head. Very subdued juiciness, mild citrus hops, subtle farmhouse yeast. Honestly disappointed... underwhelmed (at least with this batch).

Murky yellow body and a bit of foam. Soft we peach juice aroma. Flavour is mellow wet peaches and a wet finish. Wet does not equal juicy, and I have no idea where the saison character is. Merely okay.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light citrus pulp, light Brett, light doughy character, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light funk, resinous hop, light grapeskins, nice and lightly funky. On tap at brewery.

Cloudy, bubbly head. Has a nice pommelo and white grape hop nose, touch of complex yeastiness. Lots of bitterness, grapefruity, sweet pale malts. Yeast is complex but subtle. Good brew.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. The citrus fruit in the aroma is very nice. The dry mouthfeel is thirst quenching, the spicy yeast gives a sharp touch, the final is lightly says I gent, with some hop qualities, citrus peel. Nice.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out the saison yeast out front, with a pronounced farmhouse character, floral dry hopping and slight earthiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with a great blend of saison yeast, farmhouse funk and citrus / floral dry hopping. Light earthy component that melds well with the farmhouse character. This is really nice.

Draft - Light biscuit and some soft grapefruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Grapefruit and citrus notes and some odd grain notes. There is a bit of spicy hop note as well.
