500 ml bottle sampled @ Cardinal. Clear golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Quite nice citric aroma, peaches, yeast, flowers and fresh cut grass. Light malt flavor with fruit, flowers and a slightly metallic bitterness. Medium body and pleasant aftertaste. Nice and refreshing, perhaps a bit plain.

Fra flaske på Cardinal Mi2 feb-15: klar gylden med kort skum. Humlene er Amarillo og Summit, og det er lett å være enig i bryggeriets beskrivelse: "tart gooseberry and soft peach on the nose. Gooseberries and fruit to taste". Jeg tilføyer engelsk bittermarmelade og et lite spor av naboens katt. Birdie num-num med bare 4,8%.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%. Brewed with Summit and Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Fairly strong hoppy aroma, notes of pine and spruce forest after a rain shower, also hints of grapefruit. The flavour is medium dry, with a fairly moderate but still quite sharp bitterness, lasting throughout the long and dry aftertaste.

BOTTLE 50CL
Look: clear amber, off-white frothy head.
Aroma: light grapefruit, tropical fruit - mango, light caramel, some vanilla even.
Taste: start with a light sweetness, then a good blend of hops and caramel sweetness, and a good bitter finish, the bitterness is quite harsh and aggressive.
