750ml bottle from Denman LS with George and Ilya. Pours a hazy brown with a slightly tan head. Aroma is barrel and plums. Same taste with some hoppy bitterness, frutiness. Quite light body, refreshing. It needs some time to be aged to become even better.

750 ml bottle. Pours a murky mahogany with lightish head. Aromas of old fruit, leathery brett, and wet malts. Flavors of old oak, cellared fruit (maybe the plums?), earthy yeast, and dry toasted malts. Possibly some herbal notes. A Saison can be anything - more like a solid Northern Traditional Ale. Nice.

Amber and hazy. Thin head. Brett, oaky notes, light malt, touch of berryish fruits. Fruity - berry, plum - bretty accents, bit woody and sweet malts on the palate. Pretty good complexity and the brett is just starting to kick in. Kind of wish I’d kept the bottle til summer, actually.

Draft - Soured caramel and Plum. Cloudy dark Amber with a decent white head. Dark light soured notes with a touch of herbal notes. OK but nothing great, maybe some age will improve it.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, with saison yeast, light red fruits, a touch of thyme and some red fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out earthy notes, saison yeast, and red fruits. The brett becomes more pronounced as you drink more. Lightly spicy and earthy on the finish. Nicely constructed. Very good.
