Draft @ Rogue Broadway. Reddish-amber. Thick bubbly head. Bright. Aroma is fruity ( apricot, orange), pine cone, sweet taste, this is lightly orangey and piney, almost sugary finish.

Poured from the tap. Clear, dark orangey brown with beige head. Dominant dry piney hops, some resinous hops, mild bready malt and subtle caramel. Well balanced, slightly lighter in flavour, but pretty good overall.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Dark amber color, clean. Good aroma of orangey hops and sucre candi. Lean mouthfeel, the light residual sweetness is a good complement for the caramel flavor, nutty, with character, yet leaving space to a good quality hopping, resiny and fruity.
Chewy red IPA, very good.

On tap. Pours a dark clear mahogany with very little head. Aromas of pine, citrus, toffee and malt extract. Flavors of same though hops are well balanced. Somewhat but it’s not pretending to be an IIPA. Nice.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is well-balanced, between hops and bready malt. Flavour is fantastically well-balanced and quite elegant for the style, with notes of piney hops, resin and dry bready caramel malt. Perfect balanced and great flavours, making for very high drinkability. Excellent beer from Phillips.
