Bottle, thanks Yuri! Pours clear golden, medium off white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is dusty, bugs, brett, hint of grain, white wine, citrus. Flavor has a hint of tartness, fair bit of dusty brett funk, light plus bitterness. Dry. Light plus body. Lingering sharpness.

On tap at rbwg pours a hazy orange topped with a white head. Nose is Brett funk some oak along with a citrus kick. Taste is more of the Brett sour funky notes a barrel presents along with a spice.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey/yellow color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with rustic malt and subtle oak notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of green apple tart notes with some oak flavours and rustic malt notes with a light Brett finish. Body is full with good carbonation. I loved the fact that this beer is quite complex but also leaves lots of room to drinkability.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur dorée translucide, mousse blanche laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de Brett, levure, floral, malt pâle, herbes séchées, zeste de citron. Goût de Brett, foin, sèche, malt, amertume moyenne, houblon herbal. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-faible, duveteux. Une carbonatation plus élevée me l’aurait fait plus appréciée.

Bottle shared in Japan. Assemblage #7 A very cloudy gold(end of bottle) with a lightly tart yeasty aroma. The taste is bready, brett, lemon. Smooth med-full body. Not in the best shape (very brett forward) but interesting enough.
