Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy golden color, small head. Strong Brett aroma, some stone fruit. The mouthfeel is very dry, the carbonation is high, the Brett character is quite strong, the acidity is evident, some lemony character, mild astringency in the final and some plastic, band Aid.
Some weirdness, but it’s good.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly tart sour orange fruits, with wild bretty notes front-and-centre, and nectarines. Flavour isn't as complex, with lots of nectarines upfront, subdued brett, and lacto. Not overly complex, but the flavours mesh reasonably well. Finishes tart and wild. Very nice.

Bottle - Brett and stone fruit with some nice light oak. Clear gold with a decent white head. Lots of funky stone fruit and a creamy finish. I like this a lot.
