Draught @ Proeflokaal Arendsnest, Herengracht 90, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1015 BS. [ As Reuzenbieren ReuZ C IPA / Ciipa ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average to large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, riped orange, fruity, orange, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, riped orange - fruit, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140929]

Arends Nest. Keg. 8.5% as CIPA. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Spice. Bitter hops, bitter floralness. Semi dry finish. No discernable hop fruits here, a bit skewed and not easy to drink.

Keg at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 28/09/14. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is earthy hops, bitter orange, yeast esters, apricot, grain. Taste comprises citric peel, earthy hops, grassy tunes, light bread dough, spice, herbal notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light booze coating. Medicore for style, the hops just don’t shine.

[9/29/14] Draught at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Hazy orange. Aroma of yeast, fruity esters and some citric hops. Yeasty flavor, sweetish, fruity, spicy, with some bitter hops. Medium-bodied.

Had this at Arendsnest Amsterdam, Netherlands, Sunday 28th September 2014. Pours glowing yolky orange. A little blossom in the mouth, silky, syrupy sweetness carrying a very floral beer. Bitterness is tempered by the floral flavours. Good but surprisingly lacks punch for the abv (hadn’t realised it was 11%+ until I added it) A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.5

Draught @ Arendsnest shared by Lothore. Hazy orange color, medium sized lightly creamy off-white head that leaves great lacing. Aroma is lightly malts and nicely hoppy. Nice that it has a fruity touch as well. Tastes moderately malty, nicely hoppy, lightly fruity, a touch of aweetness. Lightly sticky mouthfeel, soft bitter finish. Draft at The Hague beer festival. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus, fruits, pine and caramel malt. Flavor is over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy orange colour. Citrusy, hoppy aroma with some bitter orange peel. Flavour has some sweet caramel malts and a hint of sticky sweet tropical fruit. Overall a good dry hop character and good bitter vs sweet balance.

Tap @ KBC13. The only beer that costed me 2 tokens that day, but it was worth it. Hazy orange to copper colour with a small white head. Smells very hoppy, pine, resin, sweet, fruity and quite deep. Tastes hoppy, biter, pine, resin and quite heavy. Lasting and lovely taste. Full body, soft carbo with a lasting bitterness.
