Cloudy, hazy yellow/orange pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma is a wow! Peaches, mango, coconut, papaya and chamomile. Perfect body, and carb. Low bitterness, nicely sour, but not over the top. The chamomile turns to a coconut flavours and mingles well with the tropical and stone fruit, and the sourness. This is spectacular!

Half Hour on Earth Control Bored Camomile Sour 6.5% Mellow golden beer with a thick soapy head of foam. I’m digging the aroma of sweet camomile that brings to mind a flaky apple pie. Medium bodied, soft and smooth with a very tart green apple like flavor up front then camomile which merge in the aftertaste to give me a slice of freshly baked apple pie with a flaky crust. Quite a fun acidic sour.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet lemony malt with light chamomile notes, citrus pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coconut, chamomile, light citrus, nice and pleasant. Can from brewery.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Hazy blond color. Aroma of green apples (acetaldehyde?). Dry, smooth, a bit lemony, with hints of chamomile and not much depth.

355mL can, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out the chamomile upfront, with light lacto and some farmhouse yeast. Flavour is a chamomile bomb, with plenty of citrus, light saison yeast, and chamomile. Fresh and citrusy on the finish. Nice stuff.

Hazy, pale. Some florals on the aroma, which I presume to be chamomile. Sweet and floral, with a touch of tartness. Balanced with nice pale malts, but the florals are pretty serious. Good, but you have to like the chamomile.

Bottle - Chamomile, honey and lots of sweet notes. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Tart and sweet herbal notes with a touch of honey. The nose is deceptively sweet which leads you to think this is going to be something very different then what it is. A nice surprise.
