Mostly clear golden orange body and okay foam. Soft rancid armpit on the nose, fresh like yesterday's garbage. Taste is candied vegetal, hints of cardboard, lingering sweetness. Alcohol well hidden but otherwise it's a bit of a mess.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. A little bit of vomit notes. Caramel, little vomit and a long finish.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy undertones of citrus with some light tropical notes. Taste is dryer then expected with some floral hoppy undertones with citrusy notes, light tropical notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting IPA with freshly picked mosaic which gives another twist to this very commonly used hops.

Update rating: poured from the tap. Keeping the same rating, just adding a mild note of floral hops in addition to the previous rating. Oct 25, 2019 (7/4/8/4/16=3.9): Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with white head. Resinous pine hops with some mild citrus hops, biscuit malt and just a hint of dankness. Not too big of a DIPA without disappointing. A well done beer.

Draft - Big sweet citrus notes. Clear gold with a nice white head. Fresh leafy citrus hops and a very pleasant long finish. Clean and not even close to the boldness of some IIPA’s. Dangerously drinkable.

2021/11/12, draught at the brewery, 8.3% ABV, 8-4-7-4-16=39
Hazy golden colour. A bit soapy, fruity, sweaty, some nice biscuity malt, resinous hops bold bitterness. Solid West Coast IIPA.

2020-10-09, canned Oct 1, 7-4-8-4-16=39
Hazy golden colour. The aroma is milder than expected, there is some sulfur, aged cheese, grass, pine resin. The body is strong but lean, with very limited sweetness; good malt; bold bitterness, with herbaceous hop and light pine resin.
Solid West Coast IIPA.

2019-10-13, draught at the brewery, 8.2% ABV, 8-4-8-4-17=41
Cloudy golden colour. Juicy (grapes, light mango, touch of guava), and mildly dank; lean but robust malt base.
Excellent.

2018-11-13, draught at the brewery, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Cloudy golden to light amber colour. Moderately sweet, with juicy malts base; the hopping is a bit vegetable, it's resiny, powerful but not very bright, lightly dank.
Very good beer, but I think I liked it more in the past.

2017-10-28, can, 8-4-8-5-17=42
Hazy golden color. Nice aroma, cedar peel, grapefruit, hop resins, hint of guava. The mouthfeel is perfect: it's bold but lean, semi-dry; the malt base is crackery ans a bit biscuity, the hopping is piney and with bitter orange.
Clean, excellent.

2017-10-23, draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver, 7-4-7-4-14=36
Clean golden color. Mild resiny hops aroma, a bit dank. Lean body, if possible it's a bit oily, it's resiny, some orange peel, but the hop is not surprising. Good and clean.

2016-12-03, last can of the season, 7-5-8-3-15=38
The visual is still great; with just 1.5 months of age, my appreciation turns from the hops to the malts; the fresh hops are too earthy, they give even a light cardboard feeling, and a peppery finish; I'd prefer a lighter shade of malt, but this is also good, a bit biscuity. Less interest in the final.

2016-10-23, can, packaged 10-18 (5 days ago), 8-5-7-4-16=40
Bright copper-amber color, hazy, with medium compact head. Very nice aroma, the malts are bready and crackery, the hops are resiny, piney; olives. The mouthfeel is very lean, the residual sweetness very moderate; the malt flavor is not too bad, a bit biscuity; the hop seems leashed, but it still provides quality resins, a bit dank, missing some more fruits, besides some candied orange.
Excellent.

2016-10-22, draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver, 8.2% ABV, 8-4-8-4-17=41
Hazy light amber color with creamy head. The aroma is fresh and very fruity, some jam. The mouthfeel is lean, moderately sweet; the malt is a bit toffeeish, but not obtrusive, so that the hopping has plenty of room to show fruits, sweet orange peel, resins, a nit piney and musky. Lightly vegetable in the final.
I liked this one better today than at the brewery yesterday.

2016-10-21, draught at the brewery, 7-4-8-4-16=39
Hazy light amber. Nice resiny hops in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel strength and sweetness, bready and biscuity malts, strong resiny hops, orange zest and piney in the final.
Very good.
