Produced entirely from our Estate Orchards located in the Province of Quebec, DARRAGON dit Lafrance is a refreshing semi-sweet sparkling cider with a touch of acidity. It’s made from McIntosh and Spartan apples hand harvested in fall during optimum conditions to maximize flavour and richness.

It is to be enjoyed as an aperitif and will accompany any brunch, BBQ, salad and cold seafood.

Recommended service temperature is 5 degrees C.

Can: Poured a pale-yellow color cider. Semi-dry cider with nice fresh apple notes with good carbonation. Enjoyable and refreshing without being extremely complex. Body is thin with good carbonation.

A very pale blonde cider with aroma of light pear, water melon, light apples, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light funk, very nice and smooth. Mondial des Cidres 2017.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light-medium sweet apples and a touch of brown sugar. Flavour brings out light-medium sweetness, some apples, toffee and caramel. Very soft on the palate, with a caramel finish. Very good.

Bottle - Light sulphur and green peel. Clear pale gold. A small fruity bite with pleasant sweet Apple and a bit of a dry finish. Nice.

Light green colour. The aroma is green apple and light sulphur. Dry, apple skin taste with light fruit, a light fermented off note. Balanced sweetness in the finish allows it to drink quite nicely.
