On a flight at the brewpub on 12th August 2025. Clean and clear amber body, off-white crown. Hoppy little thing with loads going on both up front and in the background. Really enjoyed it's bitterness.

Has good foam on a deep clear copper-brown body with modest carbonation. Smells of good deep malty biscuit, molasses hints, vegetable oily hops on the back end. Flavour is rich chocolate syrup, heavy oily biscuit, chewy maltiness with hop notes. Full on the mouth, sugar is a little cloying. Nonetheless the alcohol isn't too prominent, not bad, not amazing.

Tall can at Alex’s. Pours a hazy pale amber with a white head. Aroma is caramely and candied citruses. Similar taste. Meh.

Light haze, amber, thin head, quite sweet, sticky, and a bit of fruity hop. A big chewy barley wine lite.

Bottle from 16th Street Liquor, West Vancouver
The color is almost brown more than amber, cloudy, with small head. The aroma is not inviting, there is some mature apple, usually not a good sign; strong esters. Smooth mouthfeel, but also a bit oily; it has strong caramel flavor, but the hopping has a disturbing chicory character, and a light liquorice touch; the sweetness is moderate, the bitterness very high,
Not very pleasant.
