Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Aroma is spicy, but subtle, soft herbs and light citrus rind. Hints of earthy lime zest, basil and juniper. Low bitterness, herbal finish with some soft citrus rind.

Draft at District Tap House. Unclear yellow. Spice, salinity, and some fruity notes. Mildly sweet and a little funky. Kinda like a mild wild or a mild gose. Soft, easy drinking, and light bodied.

Cloudy and pale. Thin head. Has a lot of citrus on the nose. Citrus, salt, wheat... gose-gruit for sure. Nice, refreshing character even if the flavours don't really pop.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a cloudy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of pithy stone fruits and earthy notes. Flavour is very obscured, with lots of stone fruit pith and skins, along with earthy notes. Not as spicy or earthy as many other gruits. It's okay.

On dirait que c’est un hybride de Gose et de Blanche... Juste assez sucré, juste assez salé, avec du citron et de la lime bien fraîche. C’est bien poivré en finale.
