Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Aroma is very tart, lots of malted wheat, and some solid lemon, and zest. Mouth feel is thin, carb is very soft. There is an odd pickle nice flavour in the end, with a tart, zesty finish with more wheat and a touch of lactic acidity, and sourness.

500mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal and grassy notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, some woody notes, and grassy notes. Lacking oomph even for a sub-4% beer. Meh.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color Berliner Weisse with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light tart notes is not as dominant as I was expecting. Taste is a mix of light tart notes with some subtle wheat malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but falls a bit short in term of the level of complexity I was expecting.

3.8% Castor Kleine Weisse Quite a mellow looking clouding gold with a fizzy fast dissipating head. Spicy wheat, rich aroma with tart lactic notes. Tart, lactic lemon, wheat with a surprising rich flavor and a dry finish. Shared with people I figured might not enjoy a Berliner Weisse but it won them all over. Very approachable.

Bottle - Nice lemon, tart and some soapy notes. Clearish straw with a small white head. Earthy yeast and muddy notes. Not a fan.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune paille trouble, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de Brett fermier, citron, blé. Goût de Brett, lime, acidité moyenne, céréales, légère amertume. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-faible. Rafraîchissant.
