On tap. Pours a clear straw colour with a small, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Mild, sweet aroma of grainy biscuit malt, hay and grass. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, corn, honey and light lemon with a crisp, dry, bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Enjoyable, a solid Czech Pils.

Tap at Brewsters 11th av. Golden, fine carbonation. Golden cream. Fine leafy hop aromatics on a full chewy base, dry grassy, light earthy finish. Green aftertastste. Might not exactly be a Czech pils, but it is interesting what they did with saaz and sterling here.

Light golden, earthy, lots of sort of stale saaz, light body, clean...good but the saaz aren’t as fresh as they need to be...fresher hops would make this a decent pils. Not sure the vampire-Czech thing either. Vampires were Romania, right?

Draught at the pub, Meadowlark location
Blond color. It has a light malt aroma, light malt flavor and quite strong bitterness. An attempt to brew a Pils, anyway better than the 3 Lagers.
