Draft - Fruity Belgian yeasty notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Tons of fruity esters and a little long finish. Ok.

Hazy light amber. Lightly floral, and a bit dusty. Dusty, light tartness - wheaty - with moderate bitterness. Not bad, a bit dusty.

2015-10-21, bottle from Legacy Liquor, Vancouver; 7-4-6-3-13=33
Hazy golden color with compact head. Elegant spicy yeast aroma, and a whiff of banana. Smooth and well carbonated mouthfeel; a bit spicy; but the yeast is a bit too strong. And the final is a bit vegetable and astringent.
Nice.

Hazy blond color with generous compact head. The aroma is mildly spicy. The flavor is sweet, mellow and fruity, similitude with American Saisons, but it has more spices than those; smooth mouthfeel, good body strength, with moderate residual sweetness, and fairly bitter too. Balanced. It has enough character to be considered good.

650 ml bottle. Pours a yellow/gold with light head. Aromas of burnt banana and resin. Flavors follow with a bit of grain and bitter grass. A rare miss for Persephone.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is lovely, with a rustic farmhouse quality, Belgian yeast, and a dry grainy quality. Flavour is bright and lively, with similar rustic farmhouse notes, a lovely yeast presence and a dry grains. Very vibrant and fresh, with excellent incorporation of the yeast. Wonderful stuff.
