Dark brown. Quite chocolatey on the nose. Has a cocoa character, bit thin, perhaps lacking in malt sugar.

Okay decent darker white head, black body. Muddy barley, weak graham cracker aroma. Okay creamy stout flavour with a bit of a sharp finish, kinda milky. Finish doesn’t work very well. Just average.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver; 6.8% ABV
Black color with large compact nitro head. Good balance of roasted malts and dark chocolate, a touch of sweetness helps, and some roasted nuts in the final.
Very nice.

On cask at Yaletown, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of cocoa and roast. Flavour is very smooth, with notes of smooth oatmeal and dry cocoa. Silky oily palate. Very good.

On tap at Irish Caskival at YBC. Pours a very dark brown, almost black. Aroma is totally like a wine. Taste is winey too with roasted malt bitterness and aftertaste. Good one.
