A Pacific Northwest style English Bitter. Centennial hops give this beer a citrusy - grapefruit flavour. Thirst quenching refreshment.

Hazy amber color. It’s a bit undercarbonated, but that doesn’t disturb; some good biscuity malt appears in the aroma and flavor, the mouthfeel is rather dry, and it has a bold bitterness; it’s not hop forward, but it maybe has some fruity esters, and some hop resins; vegetable hint in the end, to be kept under control.
Solid beer overall.

Hazy pale amber. Toasty c hop and somewhat biscuity pale malt with just that touch of warmth. Classic take. Decent execution overall.

On tap at the brewery, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out floral hops, some citrus and some stone fruits. Flavour is on the hoppier side, with fruity floral hops and a crisp crackery malt backing. Good body and depth for a pale ale. Nice one.
