Hazy orange pour, with a medium eggshell head. Toasted cereals, lots of herbal aromas. Some Mint, subtle basil, some lemongrass. Grassy hops, some dried hay, apricots. Standard mouth feel, good carb. The finish is medium bitter, leaning towards high. Pithy bitterness, some solid pine flavours in the finish, with more soft mint flavours and more herbs.

Lantern Hall, Brooklyn tap: pours orange with white head. Aroma is cotrus, lemongrass, and bare hints of mint. Not very bitter at all. Not quite minty either for that matter. Mostly just vaguely fruity, with what I would say is not enough character and a bit too much malt.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with some mint notes s unique and interesting. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with some mints ester and light spicy undertones is quite original. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of flavours.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a mix of the spearmint and piney hops upfront, though it's quite restrained. Flavour is along the same lines, with mint, faint piney hops, and bready malt. Super dull and strange in a not-so-good way. Not a disaster, but it's okay.

Tasting at Matt’s
Light amber color, just hazy, with generous head. Some nice crackery and bready malts here, a light herbal touch, that could be as well rosemary (but it’s mint), robust bitterness.
Drinkable Ale, but it doesn’t stand out as an IPA.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mint, light pepper notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light peppermint, light alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

Enjoyed at the Arrow & Loon for "Febrewary" 2016. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a white head and little wet lace dripping down. Fruity malt aromas with oranges and mango. The mint is more present in the taste, well-blended with the hops, creating a nice bitterness in the finish. Hints of fruits as well. Decent brew that does not have overpowering mint and goes well with the hops.
