Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy yellow with large frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is mineral, brett, strawberry seed, dough. Thin body, lemon, brett, strawberry, nice tartness, very good.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma has that phenolic, plastic note that so many strawberry beers have. Light fruity strawberry note. Light oak, and grain notes with a bit of citrus. Pours a somewhat hazy, pale golden straw color with a slight, pinkish hue and a medium sized, thick, white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with some light sweetness and grain notes. Acidity is a bit harsh. Here the strawberry character is much better than in the aroma. Very fruity with only a bit of a light phenolic note. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, the aroma is similar to other strawberry beers, but the flavor is much better than most. The acidity is a bit strong and harsh for my preferences, but it’s not horrible.

A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet and tart malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light berries, nice. In mouth, a puckering Weisse with lactic acid, tart strawberry jam, light acetic notes, intense and puckering, but darned refreshing. On tap at brewery.

Draft - Light strawberry and acidity, touch of vinegar. Clearish gold with no head. Very slight strawberry, creamy texture and a bit of vinegar acidity. A bit more aggressive than I am used to.
