« Bulle de Neige Rosé is a brut sparkling cider made from fresh handpicked Geneva apples. This pink festive and natural cider is produced using the Traditional Method (second fermentation in the bottle). The nose brings to mind rhubarb, cranberry and strawberry, while the mouth reveals fine bubbles and a refreshing acidity. The finale shows hints of pomegranate with a beautiful bitterness. «

Pinkish and slightly effervescent. Quite dry, light apple and a dash of apricotty notes. Fairly nice, but not as complex as their usual work.

Vintage 2013, 6.5% ABV, bottle n. 2539
Skewed Refractometer Reading: 8°B
Light dull amber color. The apple aroma is quite nice, with a touch of hazelnuts. Light apple flavor, but also too dry to really appreciate, moderately sour; the final is short and weak.
Not exciting.

2013 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a few bubbles of head. Aroma brings out notes of champagne yeast and bone dry apples. Flavour is very complex, with bone dry apples with only a hint of residual sweetness, lots of champagne yeast, and almost a touch of rustic funk quality. Superbly balanced and highly drinkable. Excellent.

A dark amber cider with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice apple pulp with light pepper and herbs. In mouth, a rather light watery cider with chalky notes. Bottle at La Cuvée, March 3 2013.
