Inspirada na Fullers Vintage, uma cerveja inglesa de receita também variante e de tiragem limitada, a Black Rapadura vem agregar ainda mais valor ao portifolio tipicamente brasileiro da Cervejaria Colorado, que já conta com a Colorado Appia (Weiss com Mel), Colorado Cauim (Pilsen com Mandioca), Colorado Demoiselle (Porter com Café) e Colorado Índica (India Pale Ale com Rapadura).
A diferenciação entre os dois produtos Colorado que levam Rapadura em sua formulação, além do estilo adotado, está também na concentração de lúpulo, 40 de IBU (unidades internacionais de amargor) da Indica contra 60 da Black Rapadura.

Bottle. Dark amber, almost black body under a dense beige head. Aroma of dark malt and coffee. Taste is medium sweet, dark malt, dry fruit and chocolate. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice, but missing the little extra.

KØLF 080319.Black color with a tan head. Aroma is coffee, alcohol, roasted malt. Flavor is roasted malt, coffeee, alcohol, chocolate, dried fruits. Bitter finish. Nice beer.

0,6l bottle at Vienna gathering shared by Sander, big thanks. black color, almost no head. smells earthy, spices, bit herbal, caramel, oxidized, nutty, caramel. ok smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, peppery, earthy, spices, herbal. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of spices, earthy and peppery notes. okish

Dark brown, low brown head. Chocolate cake aroma, with vanilla and berries, medium body, smooth mouthfeel, caramel creme, chocolate, light rum retronasal.

Aroma: Roasted malt with caramel and brown sugar. Flavour: Very sweet with some bitterness. Notes for malt, brown sugar and caramel. Colour: Dark brown offwhite head.

Bottle at home, brought to me from Brasil by a nice gentleman named Marlo’s two years ago. I’m sad to report that I think I held off too long on drinking this. The wax was chalky and a bit hard to remove. Brown appearance with a thin brown head. Definitely some oxidation in the nose along with booze, figs, and tannins. Medium full body. Brown sugar, caramel, figs and plums in the flavor. It’s ok but it definitely has oxidized too much. All things created equal, I’m not sure I would have loved this fresher anyhow.

Bottle shared, thanks to my friend Ben! Clear brown with light tan head. Aromas of cocoa, dark chocolate. Tastes of cocoa, dark chocolate, roast. Medium body with a dry finish.

Svart med høyt lys brunt skum. Lukter mørk sjokolade, svisker, papp, noe kakaopulver og vanilje. Middels fylde. Søtlig smak, svisker, dadler og noe lett brent karamell. Noe spiss kort sjokoladebitterhet. Salt lakris
