A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, beautiful pungent fruity malt with sour cherry, lactic notes, light Brett, cork, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, tart and refreshing. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2016.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy dark blond color with no head. Lemony, sour but harmonious; where the Flower version took away, the Big gives back; the hopping adds a very nice character, citrusy, that complements well the sourness; traces of wheat bread.
Excellent.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a cloudy dull golden orangey yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is like a dry hopped sour should be, with lots of dry hopping, wild yeast and a lovely tartness. Flavour is lovely, with complex wild yeast, tart fruits, and potent dry hopping. Really lovely blend. Complex and everything is in harmony. Excellent.

Draft - Sweet and tart grains and a touch of lemon candy. Hazy gold with a small white head. Sweet, touch of tropical fruit, peach and a bit of chalky notes. Nice.
