Darker copper body and a hint of head. Big floral mango hops on the nose. Flavour is big heavy oily hops with vague malt hints. Oily finish. Okay, the abv is hidden but again overbearing like much of their stuff.

Brown bottle, 650 ml, savoured on January 11 2018; eye: dark sienna, opaque, no effervescence, beige head that turns into a ring, light lacing; nose: malt, light fruity, caramel, bittering hops, caramel; mouth: malt, light fruity, caramel, bitterin hops, lots of astringency, caramel, alcohol, really bitter finale with lots of astringency, full body, average carbonation, really bitter, lightly sweet, harsh texture, resembles more a barley wine than an Imperial IPA; overall: correct

Bottle - Pithy sweet grapefruit. Cloudy grapefruit ld with a dent white head. Lots of sweetness and pithy grapefruit. A bit too sweet and boozy.

Poured from 650mL bottle [batch #2]. Orangey brown with off-white head. Some fruity citrus hops with a little bit of caramel and biscuity toffee malts.

Pours dark amber with a smooth head. Aroma of fresh wet fruity hops, grass, caramel, toffee and resin. Taste is malty, hoppy and grassy with some caramel, citrus, toffee and resin. Finish is malty, sweet and caramely with some toffee and citrusy notes. Pretty good.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with light head. Aromas of jammy grapefruit and toffee. Flavors of acidic grapefruit, resin and sweet malts. Long overly bitter finish. OK, but not awesome.

Cloudy reddish-amber, aroma is rambutan hop nose with lots of malt...this is going to be sweet, sweet character, mellow lightly fruity hops and a dash of sweet malts. Good IPA.

Hazy dark amber color with creamy head. Fruity hop aroma, some leather too. Good malt and toffee flavor, only medium sweet, strong bitterness, with an evident character of bitter oranges, fruity. Balanced and pleasant to drink.
