The light red color is rather cloudy, with small head. The aroma is controversial, because it gives some delicate cherry fruitiness, but also light puke notes. The mouthfeel is very dry; it has a minimal white bread flavor, and moderate but evident cherry character; tart, lightly tannic, and a bit chalky; moderate bitterness and very light astringency in the end. The final is balanced, bready, but somehow weak and short.
An ok try.

Draft - Sweet cherry and some buttery notes. Pinkish red with a decent white head. Sweet cherry notes and a nice tartness. Decent, but cherry is not my thing.

On tap. Pours a hazy pink/brown with almost no head. Light cherry and malt aromas. Similar taste with sweetish cherry gum notes - really nothing special unfortunately.

First batch: Cloudy, pinkish brown, light cherry nose, sour lactic front, light, fresh cherry late, bit yeasty and the finish is mostly puckering lactic. 6-3-7-3-14
Second batch: Pink and cloudy, no head. No pulling a lot of aroma but it has a delicious sour cherry taste. Good acidity and just enough background sweetness. Tasty, clean.

On tap at Brassneck, pours an opaque blood red with a small pink / beige head. Aroma brings out pungent cherry juice and light tartness. Flavour is more on the wild side, with some wild and slightly funky yeast, cherries, and just a light dry tartness. Quite complex, with everything well-balanced. Easy drinking, complex wild cherry beer. Excellent.
