Dark copper pour, small off white head. Strong malty aroma, with mild fruit, especially apple. Full mouth Feel, very soft carb. Medium bitter finish with a big malt bill and some more subtle fruit.

Second Bell City brew review of the night. Pours a clean rich amber colour with a creamy beige head, good retention and creamy lacing. Fruity aromas with nice malts. Eventually, lots of butterscotch come out. Mild caramel flavours with some decent light hops to balance things. Thankfully not as rich as their Lenoir Belgian Ale. Pretty drinkable actually.

Can - Light caramel malts. Clear Amber with a decent beige head. Malty sweet grains with some caramel. Dark for the style but decent.

Can from the LCBO. Clear deep copper with a generous off white head that fades slowly. Nose is toffee, honey, grains with a touch of vanilla and some light fruit. Mild sweet toffee start with a lightly bitter middle. Medium creamy mouth with light carbonation. Definitely creamy with a smooth finish but not a whole lot of character.

I bought this at the LCBO as it had a great looking sky blue can and served it in a footed pilsner glass. It poured a clear light amber color with a light beige head. The aroma was light caramel + cocoa malty aroma. It is a touch bready with some savory vanilla. It is smooth with a creamy mouthfeel. The taste has nice bready caramel malts and is a touch tangy with light tannic + vanilla notes. Nice.

This cream ale poured a deep amber colour with a small off white head. Scents include ripe fruit, malt and candy. First sip was quite malty with a side of fruit. Finish is a little perfumey.

Reddish brown with good head and lace. Malt and slight hops, sharp barley flavour. Soft carbonation, creamy texture. A little sweet with caramel malt. Tap at The Rhino.
