Wow! This is how you brew with saaz! Such a great spicy, grassy Aroma with a great malt bill. Mouthfeel is a little thick, carb is soft. Finish is spicy, and grassy, the saaz shine so much in this beer. Great stuff.

Lemon, milk, barley malt, and grass aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet lemon, creamy barley malt, and moderately bitter grass flavor. Good body.

Tasting at Matt’s; can; as Starke Pils, 5.2% ABV
Taste and aroma are between "nice malt" and "cheap Dutch Lager"; it’s mellow and sturdy, quite heavy despite the low ABV; I would drink a glass just with food. Not too bad.

Can sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy yellow with a white head. Grainy aroma with a bit of bread, and decent grassy hops. Flavor has grainy and bready malt, light cardboard note, and a bitterish grassy hops finish. Could be fresher, but still OK.

Can from RCSS. Clear pale gold with a small short lived white head. Nose is strong grain with honey, floral hops and a touch of spice. Light sweet toffee with a slightly more forward bitterness and a light pepper background. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a crisp dry finish. 7+/3/7/3+/14

500mL can, sent from wilco (thanks Mike), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of grass and biscuity malt. Flavour reveals notes of grassy, cereal malts and straw. A very bright and biting pilsner. Nothing special, but can't really fault it. Solid.

Sampled at the Arrow & Loon. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a white creamy head, long lasting and decent lacing. Grainy taste with soapy hops. Grainy mild aromas with citrus notes and hints of bubblegum even. Refreshing, with a good body, and a little tarty. Quite nice with a little more body than most pilsners.

This pilsner poured a light amber/yellow colour with a soapy minimal head. Scents of hay, light citrus and a little hop. First swig was very watery with flavours of tea and hay. Finish was thin and lifeless with a little corn flavour lingering...
