Bellwood’s quest to brew "A Beer We Want To Bathe In" continues with version 5.
In life, Jutsu is all about stealthy ninja techniques (well actually techniques, skills, methods, tricks, or spells according to Wikipedia) but in beer it’s a fantastically balanced pale ale. Easy drinking with low bitterness.
The Details
What it smells like, what it tastes like
Well balanced bitterness and a dry body with notes of grape, grass, and nectarine. Refreshing and super drinkable.
The Dorky Details
Malts: Pale, Pilsner, Crystal, Rye
Hops: Galaxy, Citra
Yeast: Vermont Ale yeast

Pours a bit of a mucky looking blond with a white head that flattens out fairly quick. Nose of mild orange and hemp. Soft malty flavour with of onions, tangerines, and a little more of that hemp. Well, I don’t want to really bath in this one. I’ve had number 1 (meh), number 2 (suds me up), and now 5. (Sorry 3 and 4 maybe you’ll come back.) Try it, especially, if you’re interested in Bellwood’s process. VOTE 2!
