Clear golden pour with a sticky head, and some thick lacing. Good aroma of bready malts, and some grass notes from the subtle hops. The flavor is grainy, and grassy. A nice pils, but nothing to write home about.

Draft - Sweet citrus and pale malts. Clear gold with a decent white head. Up front bitterness and peel with a clean finish. A bit too hoppy and bitter. Maybe they gave me the wrong beer?

Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Distinct hop aroma, flowery with a hint of wet rag. Clear golden colour. Small white head. Very malty flavour, almost sweet. Distinct flowery aroma hop flavour. Very flavourful for the style.

A hazed blonde pils with a thin white head. A nice aroma of german hops, a bit chalky. In mouth, a nice smooth chalky pils with good saaz hops, medium bodied, quite good. On tap at brewpub, August 6 2010.

(tap) clear light yellow with medium white head; aroma - very faint apply, then papaya, clean taste bit skewed towards bitter with long strong bitter finish. Not bad - but too bitter for pilsner - it is leaning towards IPA
