Clean amber-red colour, fairly deep with a big creamy beige head, very good retention and left is nice lacing. Nutty, fruity malt aromas with apples and hints of roasted malts. Wet, lightly crisp mouthfeel, so refreshing, with a touch of dryness in the end. Lightly bodied, so not syrupy with enough hops in the mouth. Malted barley base and everything is quite nice for a traditional red ale.

This red poured a hazy, deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, nuts and biscuit. First swig was quite creamy with flavours of caramel, must and nuts. Finish is is pure malt with a little hop bitterness lingering.

Draft - Lots of dark caramel and toast. Deep brown with a small head. Toasty notes, some chocolate and bitterness.
