This Hefe poured a hazy darker yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include yeasts, spice, the tiniest amount of vinegar and a little corn. First swig was quite thin and carbonated. Flavours of yeast, cloves and apple vinegar? Finish is med yeasty with clove flavour lingering.

Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a warm fizzy head that dissipates a little quickly with not much lace. Banana aromas with caramel malt background, so sweet enough. Then, some different hops show up, but at least they stay mild. Gets a little hazy in the end and carbonation seems like pop. The flavours are mild with some caramel and the bananas are in the background. Yeasty, a little tarty on the tongue. Nothing too bad, but pretty mild all-around. An easy-drinking light Hefe.

A hazed golden amber hefeweizen with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, banana esters, very sweet. In mouth, a sweet fruity banana malt with loads of esters, cloves, light mineral notes, a bit cloying. On tap at Brew Donkey KW to Ottawa event October 2016.

Draft - Dirty creamed wheat and a touch of citrus acidity. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Citrus, mason and wheat. Much of the same as others.
