Pale malts, doughy, and cereals Aroma. Grassy, light minerals. Good carb, nice mouth feel. Finish is low on the bitterness scale, more cereals and light hops, and some straw.

This kölsch poured a crystal clear light yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Medium lacing. Scents include corn, honey and dough. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of corn, malt and light hops. Finish is mostly corn flavours with a very light hop bitterness lingering at the end.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a very lightly hazy light-golden colour with a soapy off-white head, good retention and lots of thick foamy lace. Some sweet malt nose with some mild grassy hops. Not sure for the style. The taste shows some maltiness, then sweetness in the middle to finish with the grassy hops, giving metallic hints. This is not a bad beer, but not sure for the style as not showcasing the cereal grain malts. Lagared, not aled ??

473mL can, pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light cabbage, grass, straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with grass, straw and a bit of cabbage. Not bad, but I can't shake the cabbage.

Growler, clear gold with an estery banana bread aroma which is off style. The taste is a weird metallic nail polish. Serious production issues. Avoid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft - Light sweet grains. Clear gold with a small white head. Bitterness, touch of sweet Apple then grain. Not bad, refreshing.
